You are very welcome to our artistic, romantic home in the heart of the city, historic 5th district. The three rooms apartment which benefits from great natural light offers you impressive space with stylish ambient, with good vibes and spirit in a calm house with friendly, mostly young neighbors. Once a contemporary art gallery, it was transformed to a loft style multi-functional space. Simultaneously, among others it could function as a living and creative space, photo studio, artists’ studio (painting, sculpture), practicing music/dance/yoga, show room, art gallery (walls are allowed to be decorated), office (digital nomads or company) and getting together such as event or party place. (If you are an artist or just an art lover you are at the perfect place.) Besides, we are very flexible, we develop and adapt to expectations, it's just a matter of discussion and coordination. The space is large and its style reflects our philosophy, traveling experience and artistic sense. Number of tenents is totally flexible. Ideal for one-two young couples or three – six people or even flexible families with children. Erasmus students, any students, artists, digital nomads or friends who enjoy living (working) together or their guests (staying with them). The building and the space has many original features that include high (4.2 meter) ceilings, doors, windows and traditional wood parquet flooring. The apartment is currently partly furnished, but it could be completely furnished or unfurnished, the furniture can be supplemented by consultation. Equipped kitchen, dinner set for 6 people. The bathroom has a bathtub, the toilet is in separated room. The large entrance room (14 m²), also suitable for storage. More storage options are available in the basement (3 m²). The apartment is situated in the heart of Budapest, central to Pest and close to Buda. In the Northern part of the historic 5th district (Lipótváros), near by the busy Szent István körút, in between Western Railway station (Nyugati pályaudvar) and Margit bridge. Perfectly located quite street and close to many of the city’s attractions; famous restaurants, bars, cafe shops, recreation facilities are within walking distance in the neighborhood.* The public transport is extremely good, and connections you can easily get to all directions of Buda and Pest.** Free extra services for long term rent. We take care of washing and changing the bed linen 2-3 times monthly. Provide cleaning service for the whole apartment, once or twice monthly. Assist you with the maintenance too. *In the neighborhood there is Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, restaurants (Hungarian, Turkish, Chinese, Italian, Slovak) are on the street and several in the Westend Shopping Mall, many pubs and coffé shops, etc. are around… Two minutes walk to beautiful Honvéd Park, four minutes to river Danube and eight minutes to famous Margit Island. There are children playgrounds, relaxation, recreation (ping pong table, basketball, football and sport equipment,) facilities. Margit Island is excellent for gathering, relaxing (reading, studding), walking, jogging, recreation (swimming pools, thermal baths, running met /6 km/, sports equipment, sun bathing, summer night life, open air theater, music fountain, etc). Or, if you just want to walk or run along the river Danube. Les than ten minutes walking distance to Opera, Operetta, Ferenc Liszt Music Academy, Budapest Jazz Cub and several theaters and cinemas. The Hungarian Fine Arts University is near by, but by excellent public transport most of the universities, entertainment districts (ruin pubs) and tourist areas (Parliament, Basilica, Andrassy Avenue, Downtown) are quickly reachable. Liszt Ferenc Square, known for its night-life with its numerous restaurants, bars and terraces. The nearby 6th and 7th district are famous for an evening out or popular “ruin-pubs”. For art lovers there are many contemporary art galleries near by and also the famous Falk Miksa street which concentration of antique shops and auction houses. If you like to get to hilly Buda side you can cross the nearby Margit Bridge, on the way to enjoy the marvelous day/night panoramic view and visit some of the famous Turkish baths and of course the Castle district. For food there are quite few shops open 24 hours a day, plus outstanding location for everyday shopping, quality products at a good price from the Lehel piac (Lehel Market) such as home fruit/vegetable/meat/dairy products and food chain Aldi, Lidl, Spar, Tesco Express are also available. ** There is Metro line M1, M2 and M3 in walking distance (or one stop), subway substitute (night) buses, tram 4 and 6 (24 hours), buses 9, 26, 91, 191, 291, Trolley bus 70, 72, 75 76, 78, 79, Danube crossing ferry (summer), HÉV (local train) to Szentendre and Western Railway station (Nyugati pályaudvar) for the long distance trains.
