Separate toilet, Shower I am offering a part of my friendly, cozy, and fully equipped apartment for rent (please read the conditions!), primarily for one or two female students/university students. If you are looking for a calm, clean, and reliable home to support your studies, this is an excellent place for you! What you should know about the apartment: Equipment: My apartment is furnished, and I provide access to everyday necessities such as a washing machine, microwave, etc. - Partial rental: The apartment has two rooms, one of which is a small room that I keep locked, where I store my personal belongings. No one else will live in the apartment besides you, so the space (1 room + kitchen + bathroom + WC) is entirely yours. However, I reserve the right to occasionally sleep in this room – no more than once every two weeks. I am looking for you if: You are a reliable, clean, and quality-conscious female university student (you can come as a pair). You are looking for a place where you can study and relax without disturbances. The described apartment usage is not a problem for you. The price does not include utilities.
