BECOME ITS FIRST RESIDENT! FRESHLY RENOVATED, MODERN, BRIGHT, 1+HALF ROOM APARTMENT! We are looking for the first tenant to move in to the newly renovated, sunny, quiet apartment at 59 Murányi Street, a 3-minute walk from the City Park. The windows overlook the street, and since the apartment is on the 3rd floor (there is NO elevator) and is east-facing, the sun shines in from morning to 1 pm. The apartment is unfurnished. The apartment is in a particularly quiet and peaceful neighborhood, while Damjanich Street and Dózsa György Road are just around the corner, from where you can get to any point of the city quickly and easily, and the M1 on Andrássy Avenue, and the M2 and M4 at the Keleti Railway Station are only a 12-minute walk away. The corner of the City Park and the Museum of Ethnography is a 3-minute walk away, which offers the opportunity for sports, walks and relaxation. There are countless cafes and restaurants in Damjanich Street and the City Park. Entering the apartment, we arrive at a spacious kitchen with a hallway wall and a dining table for two with chairs. In the kitchen there is a Samsung smart fridge and a Candy Trio 3-in-1 appliance, which is a gas stove above, an electric oven in the middle, and a dishwasher for 6 people downstairs. This way, while all the appliances are there, there is still plenty of space in the kitchen. From here, the half-room bedroom opens with a sliding door, and from the kitchen we also enter the huge, two-double-glazed living room, where there is a convector and air conditioning. The rooms have 3-layered wooden windows with shutters and mosquito nets. So I'm looking for a tenant who can take care of this and appreciates being the first tenant of a brand new apartment. The common cost is HUF 13,624, which includes garbage collection. Everything else is billed on the basis of gas, electricity, water, consumption. Pets are not allowed and unfortunately I cannot accept families with children either. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and in the circular corridor as well. Two months' deposit and the first month's rent + common cost must be paid at the time of signing the contract. A minimum 12-month contract must be undertaken, and a notarial rent payment obligation and a move-out declaration are required.
