Between 8th January - 1st May 2025, a 75m² panoramic LOFT apartment 🏡 with garden access is available for rent in District XII (Svábhegy / Melinda út). The apartment is bright and quiet, and you can enjoy the sound of birds chirping and the sunrise in the mornings. 🌅🐦‍⬛ The garden opens up to a forest 🌲🍃🍁 where foxes and wild boars roam, but don’t worry, the garden is protected by an electric fence, especially useful if you have pets 🐕🐈. In winter, you can admire the beautiful panoramic views🌃, and in spring, you’ll be surrounded by a magical garden, where wisteria blooms, bamboo sways in the wind, the herb garden flourishes, and everything is peaceful and lush green. 🌺🦋🦎🎋🪻🦔 The space is uniquely designed, and the apartment is fully equipped (✔️oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave…). The bathroom has a high-pressure shower, but you might also want to indulge in the large, built-in bathtub 🛁. With public transport, you can reach Normafa in 5 minutes, Déli station in 15 minutes, and Deák square in 20 minutes 🚌🚡. We are looking to rent the apartment for a short term (max 4 months) to someone who values peace, is tidy, takes care of the place, and gets along with the lovely neighbors. Since the apartment is filled with plants 🪴, we’d be thrilled to find someone who can look after them while we’re away 🫶. Our decor and personal belongings will stay, but of course, we’ll clear out a large wardrobe for you if you’d like to reflect or simply enjoy the calm here. We’d prefer to rent the apartment to one person or a couple. Small pets are welcome as long as they are well-behaved and don’t damage the plants or furniture. 🚙There’s also parking available in the private parking lot of the building.
