The apartment is in okay condition (it's old), everything functions just fine, some areas have received a bit of cosmetic upgrade (hallway, bathroom, kitchen). Heating is by gas convector in the two rooms and a gas heater in the bathroom, but in practice the convector in the living room is sufficient throughout the winter (there is no heating in the kitchen). There is air conditioning; one unit is installed in the living room, and it cools the bedroom well too if the door is open. The rent is unfurnished; the furniture in the photos belongs to the current tenant and can be purchased if desired. The living room is 5.4 x 4.8 m, ceiling height 4.2 m. The bedroom is about 5.4 x 2.8 m, also very spacious, though currently divided by wardrobes to make room for a small children’s nook. The bathroom can be accessed both from the bedroom and the corridor. Separate toilet, and next to the entrance there’s a somewhat retro kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and microwave, no dishwasher (and it would be rather difficult to install one). A pantry opens from the kitchen, and above the hallway there is a full-length storage mezzanine. The common cost is 21,000 HUF, the utility prepayment 40,000 HUF per month, which is reconciled annually based on meter readings if adjustment is needed.
