On one side, it overlooks the park of the house and the gardens of other houses in the Tisztviselőtelep, on the other side, it faces the street, and since there is no house opposite, the view of the city is further away. The street is quiet, with very little passing traffic. The balcony is large, cozy and covered. There are two large rooms, where part of the living room can also function as a sleeping place. The other large room is currently furnished as a childrens' room, but can be converted. The toilet and bath are in a separate room. The apartment is equipped with quality household appliances. The apartment is ideal for two people or a family with small children. It is very cozy, we really liked living here. The heating and electricity bills are within friendly, protected limits. Pets, . hamsters and rabbits, are welcome. The location of the apartment is ideal from a transportation point of view, the metro line 3 and the tram line 1 are 6 minutes away. The Orczy Garden is very close, where you can play sports and go for a walk. Several office buildings and the Public Service University are also within walking distance.
