Our apartment is located in District XIII, on Róbert Károly Boulevard, in the Young City residential park, on the 5th floor. The apartment is in a frequented place of the building, overlooking a quiet, landscaped inner courtyard. We provide a safe parking space for your car in the underground garage under the building, if you want to use public transport, you can find metro line 3 or tram line 1 within walking distance. When furnishing the apartment, we dreamed up a clean, modern design and tried to equip it practically. We solved the darkening in the bedroom with remote-controlled aluminum shutters, in the living room with blackout curtains, a pull-down mosquito net to keep insects out and we made the rooms cozy with silk curtains. We installed cooling and heating air conditioning in both rooms. The custom-made American kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, built-in fridge, extractor hood) and kitchen utensils (plates, pots, cutlery, etc.). The dining room seats 4 people. For their comfort, we chose a sofa bed that can be converted into a bed and a modern TV cabinet for the living room. We built a 1.6 m wide comfortable double bed in the bedroom and a huge wardrobe for the clothes. We put an anti-allergenic mattress on the beds, a choice of two types of hardness, and of course, we also prepared brand new bed linen. The bathroom with shower and bathtub is equipped with a silent automatic washing machine. The apartment has a balcony, which overlooks a nicely landscaped inner courtyard.
