Bath, Garden flat for rent, ready to move in, Budapest, 17th district, in the garden city, quiet green area, accessible from the city center in up to 20 minutes by public transport (. the train departs every half hour from Keleti (also valid with a local pass) and only 3 stops, approx. 12 minutes, the apartment from the station 5 minutes on foot comfortably) 60 m2 2 large rooms with separate opening and COMPLETELY SEPARATE, separate PARTICIPATING in one large room for a long term (indefinite contract) for one or 2 reliable, regular SMOKING (except on the terrace or in the garden) person (couple) with a workplace EVEN WITH SEVERAL SMALL ANIMALS (dog, cat), since the large double (or single bed) room for rent is in a house with a garden. There is currently one resident in the other room at the end of the corridor, so only two will live in the house together. The apartment is equipped with everything (bathroom with bathtub) and has fairly low utilities (considering the annual consumption of both gas and electricity, it remains well within the residential discount price category) in summer, autumn, and spring, 1/2 of the utilities is approx. 17 e. HUF/month, in winter, with heating, 1/2 of the utilities is approx. 27 e. HUF/month. The room price includes 1/2 of the current utilities every year.
