Mivel saját tapasztalatunk alapján a konyha a lakás lelke, egy hatalmas konyha-étkezőbe lépünk, ahol helyet kapott az előszoba is. Innen nyílik két hatalmas ajtóval a két különálló szoba, illetve fürdőszoba. A hálószobából nyílik még egy a gardróbszoba. A fürdőszobában egy mosó- és szárítógép került elhelyezésre. A környéken több élelmiszerbolt, parkoló, orvosi rendelő, gyógyszertár, étterem van. A háztól a belváros közlekedése és a Metró vonalak is könnyen elérhetőek. Az M1, M0, M6 autópályák 20 percen belül megközelíthetőek. Parkolás az utcán, ill. több környező mélygarázsban havi bérleményként megoldható. Teremgarázshely külön összegért bérelhető, egy közeli ház mélygarázsában. A bérleti díj a havi közüzemi szolgáltatások díját és a közös költség összegét tartalmazza.
