The flat is newly renovated with your comfort in mind. It includes everything to enjoy your stay and make yourself at home. The 50 square meter (540 square feet) air-conditioned studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, dining area, and an open bedroom directly connected to the shower and the toilet - both having a shaded glass door. The shower is roomy enough for two (cm), featuring a thermostatic shower panel with and additional rain shower head. A hair-dryer is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven, all kinds of kitchen utensils and tableware. A toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine is also at your disposal. Ironing facilities are provided, but there is no washing machine in the apartment. A laundry service is available in just about 100 meters from the house (Bubbles, Central Passage). Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor of a historical building with no elevator. Also note that the toilet and the shower have only a shaded glass wall - check out our other listing if you find this arrangement too intimate. The building is close to, but not part of the party district so the street is relatively quiet. As all windows are overlooking the street, noises may be distrubing for some.
