1 room apartment of 1m² in Budapest

This is a newly built apartment in the most colourful and alternative district of Budapest. The apartment is very bright and modern, with great access to the rest of the center and Buda. Please note its a secondary home, so its more like an airbnb with only few personal items. My apartment on Tolnai utca is in a pretty lively, still local part of the city. There are a lot of small bakeries and cafés nearby where people actually go regularly, not just tourists. You can easily grab a coffee, sit down for a bit, or pick up something fresh in the morning. In the evenings, the area gets a bit more active, with smaller bars and low-key places where locals hang out. There are also some independent galleries and creative spaces around, so it has a slightly alternative vibe without being too much. It’s a good balance—central enough to have things going on, but still feels like a neighborhood where people live their everyday lives.
