Since it can be found at Andrássy Avenue, it is a national monument, protected by the UNESCO World Heritage. It is very close to a metro station, just a few minutes away either from the city park or from the theatre district with many options for restaurants, cafés, but also within easy reach of the city's main attractions. The building is currently under renovation - to be completed by end of 2020. During the renovation the elevator is not functioning and there is some noise during the working hours.
