The bedroom faces east, the living room west, the balcony door, roof and the skylights are soundproofed, so it's quiet and bright. During the renovation, we strove for premium solutions, thanks to floor heating there is no dead space occupied by convectors or radiators. We avoided plastic as much as possible: oak parquet and worktops and 10 cm thick wooden doors and windows with oak sills were installed. Due to the above and the insulation, the heating bill is low. Central location: cinemas, theaters, nice parks (like the Margaret Island, Papkert or Millenáris), good restaurants, cool pubs in walking distance and tram 4-6 is at hand to reach any other place fast in the inner city - still the neighbourhood (Víziváros) has a nice and cool atmosphere. Recently it is unfurnished, but if required I can provide furniture too. Commoncost is HUF 18,000, all other utilities are paid based on meters.
