About the House and its surroundings: The condominium is surrounded by Hegedűs Gyula – Tutaj– Pannónia– Bessenyei streets, it is within 5 min walking distance from Lehel square (so as the market) or from Dózsa György road metro stations. Pannónia House is the district’s – Újlipótváros – latest residential development that was delivered in 2019. The House is equipped with a 24h reception and an inner garden for the House’s residents. Great services are in the area. A food store is located just next to the building the building, but we can find pharmacy, coffee bar, beauty salon, primary school, kindergarten and nursery in the neighboring streets. Ram Colosseum, offering theatre hall, library and the Vak Varjú restaurant, is in 50m from the building.
