A wooden staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor, where there are two connecting rooms. One has a built-in wardrobe with huge mirrors and a double bed, the other room has built-in wardrobes and an L-shaped work table, as well as a smaller sleeping nook. The common cost is about HUF 26,000. Water is payable after consumption. If required, space is available in the indoor garage under the house.
