The unit is quiet, overlooks the courtyard, has a private entrance, and comes fully equipped and furnished. It includes a refrigerator, electric water heater, washing machine, electric stove, and two split air-conditioning units. I am looking for a reliable, tidy tenant couple or female tenants who take good care of their home and surroundings. Long-term tenants are preferred. Utility costs are very low. Not allowed: alcohol abuse, drugs, smoking, children, pets. Free street parking is available in front of the house. Move-in is possible only after signing the rental agreement and paying the first month’s rent plus a two-month deposit.
