I am looking for the first tenant for a newly renovated, sunny, quiet apartment located at Murányi Street 59, a 3-minute walk from Városliget.The windows face the street, and since the apartment is on the 3rd floor and faces east, it gets sunlight from morning until 1 . There is no elevator. The apartment is unfurnished.The apartment is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, while Damjanich Street and Dózsa György Road are just around the corner, from where you can quickly and easily reach any point in the city, and the M1 on Andrássy Avenue and the M2 and M4 at Keleti Railway Station are only a 12-minute walk away. The Városliget and the Ethnographic Museum are a 3-minute walk away, offering opportunities for sports, walking and relaxation. There are countless cafés and restaurants on Damjanich Street and in the Városliget.Entering the apartment, we arrive in a spacious kitchen, where there is a hallway wall and a dining table for two with chairs.
