This privately owned 40 m² apartment is located in Budapest’s historic District I directly by the Danube, with a beautiful view of the Parliament. The flat is on the ground floor of a quiet and centrally located residential building and features high ceilings, classic architectural details and chandeliers that reflect the character of the Buda Castle area. The layout includes a double bed as well as a small mezzanine sleeping area that allow flexible sleeping arrangements for visitors. The living room is equipped with two large comfortable sofas, smart TV, electric blinds and a large cupboard. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, cookware, and washing machine, the bathroom includes a bathtub. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, and the large dining table provides a convenient space for working from home. Trams 19 and 41 stop directly in front of the building along the Danube, and Batthyány tér metro station is about a ten-minute walk away. The Buda castle is a short - albeit steep - uphill walk way. The apartment is normally my personal home and is rented out while I am away for a few months.
