Cosy interior designed by the owner, who spends only the winters here, during summer/autumn months it is available for rent. PLEASE NOTE, THAT MY HOME IS ONLY AVAILABLE ONLY FOR A SINGLE TENANT, however this does not exclude, that you have temporary guests - family member or friend -staying for a few days. Important notice: the house and the street is very quiet, plese only choose this place, if you appreciate and respect a quiet area. Area and surroundings Located conveniently close to the city center, yet offering quiet and green environment for work and rest. Sport facilities, swimming pools, public parks, cafes, bars and restaurants, cinemas are within a 5-8-minute walk. Shopping mall within 10 minutes by walk. In the night the public transportation (4-6 tram line crossing the Pest-side nightlife area) takes you always close to home, within 8 minutes walking distance. Building and accommodation The loft is located within a romantic turn-of-the-century art deco villa house on the elegant Rose Hill of the Buda side of the city. Green areas are abundant, however the convenience of the metropolitan life is also easy to reach. There are 8 apartments in the house, with quiet neighbours. The street itself is a quiet one, not much traffic is passing, mostly the locals of the street use it. The flat is located on the second floor of the building and there is not elevator, so be prepared to work your muscles a bit. The apartment is fully equipped. It has some upcycled antique furniture, D.I.Y. solutions from the owner working in creative and design field. You can enjoy a cosy hidden roof-top terrace for your morning coffee and/or yoga routine. There is a living room which is connected to the kitchen and a bedroom with a 140 cm wide double bed and free space for your clothes in the closets. There is a smaller size TV screen and cable TV with some of international channels. And of course, there is Wifi (1000/40)!
