We offer for rent a fully furnished, 94 sqm apartment (useful area, that is above 1,9 m ceiling height is 68 square meter) in a good condition at Pusztaszeri street, in the central part of the II. district, near the Rózsakert shopping center. The south-west orientated apartment consists of a large living room with a work corner, one kitchen with dining area, one large bedroom, one room, one bathroom, and a large interior balcony. The attic apartment with its atrium solution and huge glass surfaces ensures a sunny, quiet and a really private feeling home. The apartment is located on second floor in a small condominium with units mostly rented by diplomats, surrounded by a green garden. The apartment is for rent with the machines and furnitures presented on the pictures. On demand own furnitures can be brought, the removal of the present furnitures is possible. The common cost is 25.000 HUF (approx. 60 EUR) per month, that includes the garbage fee, the water and sewage fee of the house and the apartment, cleaning of the common space, illumination and renovation fund. All utilities (gas and electricity) is accounted according to consumption. The feeling of comfort is served by air-conditions in the living room and the master bedroom. Parking is easy, as a safe covered garage can be used. Public parking is also available (free on weekdays at night and on week-ends) on the street. Transportation is excellent in the area, the apartment can be easily reached with bus lines from Széll Kálmán, Batthyány, Nyugati square or Zugliget with 3-5 minutes operating buses on busier periods. The condition of renting is a deposit equal to 2 months' rent and the payment of the 1st month's rent and common cost. The 1100 EUR renting fee can also be paid in Forint ( HUF). We are not able to accept pets.
