We offer for rent a fully furnished, 100 sqm apartment in a good condition at Pusztaszeri street, in the central part of the II. district, near the Rózsakert shopping center. The apartment consists of a bright living room with dining area, two separate bedrooms one with its own bathroom (en suite), one work/guest room, two fully renovated bathrooms, a kitchen and a large balcony oriented to the sunny south. The apartment is located on the first floor in a small condominium with units mostly rented by diplomats, surrounded by a green garden. The apartment is for rent with the furnitures and new machines as shown on the pictures. The common cost is 37,000 HUF per month, which includes cleaning, maintenance and lighting of the common areas, and garden care. The flat rate for garbage collection is 3,500 HUF/month, and the flat rate for water and sewage is 10,000 HUF/month. All utilities (gas and electricity) are billed based on consumption. Heating and hot water are provided by an economical condensing gas boiler. The feeling of comfort is served by air-conditions in the living room and the master bedroom. Parking is easy, as a closed garage for two cars belongs to the apartment, that is located in the lower level of the house which is also reachable from the staircase. Public parking is also available (free on weekdays at night and on week-ends) on the street. Transportation is excellent in the area, the apartment can be easily reached with bus lines from Széll Kálmán, Batthyány, Nyugati square or Zugliget with 3-5 minutes operating buses on busier periods.
