This is not another design flat, where you can't live, because it has barely anything but nice mottos and colorful pictures on the walls! Here you can really live in a home during your stay! The flat lies in the XIV. district of Budapest in a peaceful street but it is well connected by public transport to the heart of the city. Every main interestpoints of Budapest is app. 30 minutes away by a tram, a bus or a metro line. Just a corner away there is a Tesco for grocery shopping, where you can also find a post office. There is a pharmacy even closer in the same direction. The flat was used for years by one person, but it can be adjusted to needs, so upon request and a differenciated price it could be a comfortable home for a couple or a couple with a baby. The bedroom has the potential to be upgraded with a double bed if there is interest for it for a longer term. We can provide equipment for babies, but these are only available upon request and depending on the circumstances and extra fees. The possibilities to unpack are pretty comfortable and spacious, there are 3 wardrobes with hangers and more dressers, there are cupboards in the bathroom and a cupboard in the toilet as well. The kitchen cabinet offers space for living, it is not only for display. There are kitchen utensils like silverware, knives, some basic pots, glasses, mugs and plates. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave heater, an oven, an electric stove, a hood, a fridge and a freezer. The balcony offers a good ventilation from the american kitchen and there is an AC installed in this room for summer. The windows have shutters for shading. For the bedroom we can provide beddings and linen upon discussion and as well towels. The washing machine is located in the bathroom. We can also provide a storage place in the building where you can keep your luggages, so they don't take up space from your living area. An elevator is working in the building, however the flat lies on the 1st floor, the storage can be accessed by elevator as well on the top level of the building.
