The Home of Music is located in one of the most vibrant parts of the city, on a street which is often referred to as the Broadway of Pest for of the high number of theatres and other cultural institutions that can be found here. My place is right across the street from the Operetta & Musical Theatre of Budapest, where the street has reduced traffic, and close to lots of charming cafes and restaurants." The apartment is located one floor up from street level in a renovated and quiet building in the heart of Budapest. It can accommodate up to four people in a stylish environment with unique design ideas. There is an elevator in the building, but you still need to climb a couple of flights of stairs, so book only if this is not a problem for you. The place consists of a living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining space, and a sleeping area with a king size ( cm) bed and a convertible sofa that can be completely walled off thanks to the sliding panels that separate it from the rest of the room; a separate bedroom with another convertible sofa (with a sleeping surface of cm); and a unique glass-walled bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, including an HD smart TV with Netflix, music apps, YouTube (all of which you can use with your own accounts). The window of the small bedroom open on the building's inner courtyard, so despite being in the city centre, it is quiet and calm. The windows of the living room/other bedroom open on the street, but since it's an area with reduced traffic, you don't have to worry about a lot of noise. Please keep this in mind though if you're a light sleeper! The apartment is automatically heated and cooled according to the weather with an electric smart home system, ensuring a pleasant temperature inside during all seasons. Please note that this is a smart home, fully cooled and heated by the automatic system to make it as pleasant inside as possible while also saving energy. If the temperature outside is higher than 25℃, the AC will turn on to prevent the temperature inside to go above that. If the temperature outside is lower than 21℃, the heating will turn on at 23℃. In away mode, there is no AC and the heating is kept at 18℃. It is fully automatic and there is no manual control of the AC or heating.
