Our apartment is in XIII. district, on Róbert Károly körút, in the Young City residential park, on the 8th floor. The apartment is in a frequented part of the building, overlooking a quiet, landscaped inner courtyard. We provide a safe parking space for your car in the indoor garage under the building, if you want to use public transport, you will find metro 3 or tram 1 within walking distance. When furnishing the apartment, we dreamed of a clean, modern design and tried to equip it practically. We solved the darkening in the bedroom with remote-controlled roller blinds, in the living room with blackout curtains, pull-down mosquito nets keep out insects, and we made the rooms cozy with silk curtains. We have installed cooling and heating air conditioning in both rooms. The custom-made American kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances (induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in refrigerator, hood) and kitchen utensils (plates, pots, cutlery, etc.). The dining room seats 4. For their comfort, we chose a couch that can be converted into a bed and a modern TV cabinet in the living room. We built a comfortable 1.6 m wide double bed into the bedroom, and a giant wardrobe for clothes. We put anti-allergenic mattresses on the beds, which can be chosen from two types of firmness, and of course we also prepared brand new bed linen. The bathroom with shower and bathtub is equipped with a quiet automatic washing machine. The apartment has a balcony that overlooks a nicely landscaped courtyard. The XXI.
