Our apartment is in XIII. district, on Róbert Károly körút, in the Young City residential park, on the 8th floor. The apartment is in a frequented part of the building, overlooking a quiet, landscaped inner courtyard. We provide a safe parking space for your car in the indoor garage under the building, if you want to use public transport, you will find metro 3 or tram 1 within walking distance. When furnishing the apartment, we dreamed of a clean, modern design and tried to equip it practically. We solved the darkening in the bedroom with remote-controlled roller blinds, in the living room with blackout curtains, pull-down mosquito nets keep out insects, and we made the rooms cozy with silk curtains. We have installed cooling and heating air conditioning in both rooms. The custom-made American kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances (induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in refrigerator, hood) and kitchen utensils (plates, pots, cutlery, etc.).
